Expedite accepts returns on products in their original, unopened condition purchased through the Website within 30 days of the date that the product is delivered to you. You may contact Expedite any time within 30 days of the date that the product was delivered to you in order to request a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number. Except for Eligible Products covered by Expedite’s 30 Day Risk Free Trial, for which a pre-approved returning shipping label has been provided, product returns will not be accepted by Expedite unless Expedite’s written authorization has been obtained in advance in the form of a RMA number, and the items are received by Expedite in their original, unopened condition. The refund will be provided once Expedite receives the product back and the product has been inspected to confirm all components are returned, which may take up to ten (10) business days after receipt of the returned product(s) at Expedite’s facilities. When returning a product, please include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip to ensure prompt issuing of any refund. The RMA number should be written on the documents enclosed and on the outside of the shipping box. You are responsible for the cost of return shipments.
Expedite will accept returns on products purchased on ResMed Shop that have manufacturing defects, or are otherwise covered by either a manufacturer’s warranty, or extended warranty coverage purchased from Expedite. If a product purchased on ResMed Shop has defective materials and/or workmanship, or is otherwise covered by warranty, you may contact our customer support team for troubleshooting and, if required, written authorization to return the product in the form of a RMA number. A replacement product will be provided once Expedite receives the product back and it has been inspected to confirm all components are returned and that any damage to the product is covered by any applicable warranty coverage, which may take up to ten (10) business days after receipt of the returned product(s) at Expedite’s facilities. You are responsible for all shipping charges related to warranty returns.
In addition to warranty related returns authorized above, Expedite provides a 30-day risk free trial period from date of delivery on certain products sold by ResMed Shop. During the 30 days following the date that the product was delivered to you where “30 Day Risk Free Trial” is listed on the specific product page (an “Eligible Product”), you may return that Eligible Product for full refund to your original method of payment equal to the sale price of the returned Eligible Product(s), minus the cost of return shipping to Expedite. You may initiate your return any time during the trial period by first contacting our customer support team, and then mailing the Eligible Product back to Expedite using the included return shipping label. The refund will be provided once Expedite receives the Eligible Product back and the Eligible Product has been inspected to confirm all components are returned, which may take up to ten (10) business days after receipt of the returned Eligible Product(s) at Expedite’s facilities. If there are missing or damaged components, a partial refund may be given. Expedite may choose to reject a return made during the trial period if the returned Eligible Product(s) have sustained damage not covered by any warranty applicable to the returned Eligible Product(s) (for example, damage caused as a result of improper use, abuse, modification or alteration of the Eligible Product, repairs carried out by any service organization that has not been expressly authorized by Expedite to perform such repairs, or damage or contamination due to cigarette, pipe, cigar or other smoke). In the event that any returned Eligible Product fails inspection, Expedite will contact you and, at your option and expense, will return the Eligible Product to you. Expedite offers this 30 Day Risk Free Trial as a convenience to our customers, and reserves the right to deny returns under the 30 Day Risk Free Trial program if we have a reasonable belief that you are abusing the program.
It is your responsibility to inspect all Products promptly upon receipt for damage attributable to the carrier and to make claims directly to the carrier for such damage. The furnishing by Expedite of a Product to you constitutes acceptance of that Product unless you provide notice of shipping damage or quantity to Expedite’s customer support team within ten (10) business days of delivery to your designated address.
