The AirSense 11 AutoSet is an auto-adjusting, connected device that works with the myAir app* to help you experience a smooth, confident start to therapy and comfortable, effective treatment in the long term. Comfort features, a proven algorithm and personalised support make it a good choice for people who are new to CPAP treatment and established users alike. Choose this bundle with integrated HumidAir 11 humidifier and ClimateLineAir 11 heated tube to access the benefits of heated humidification.

  • Proven auto-adjusting algorithm analyses every breath and adjusts the pressure when necessary. Includes the ‘for Her’ algorithm, which provides a tailored response to the specific needs of women with obstructive sleep apnoea. 

  • HumidAir 11 humidifier helps to counter dryness and congestion. Use with your ClimateLineAir 11 heated tubing to access Climate Control, which warms the air you breathe to a comfortable temperature and protects against water droplets forming in your air tubing.  

  • Compatible with heated and non-heated tubing. ClimateLineAir 11 heated tubing is designed to deliver consistent temperature and humidity and limit condensation inside the tube.

  • AutoRamp feature gradually increases your therapy pressure to let you ease gently into the start of each therapy session.

  • 2-pack of disposable air filters to filter out environmental particulates. Filters are not washable and should be replaced every 6 months or as required.  

  • AirSense 11 travel bag can be used for storage and to travel confidently with your AirSense 11, HumidAir 11 and tubing.

It’s easy to look after your AirSense 11 device. Watch the video for information about daily and weekly cleaning, disassembling and reassembling your device, checking for damage and replacing the air filter.   

Here’s a reminder of how to clean the AirSense 11 sleep apnoea device. Always unplug the device before cleaning it and ensure that all parts are dry before plugging it back in.  

Daily Cleaning 

1. Empty the humidifier tub and wipe it thoroughly with a clean disposable cloth. Allow it to dry out of direct sunlight. 

2. Refill the humidifier tub with drinking-quality water. 

Weekly Cleaning  

  1. Wash the components as described: 

  • Air tubing - in warm water using a mild dishwashing liquid. 

  • Humidifier tub - in warm water using a mild dishwashing liquid OR in a solution with a ratio of 1 part vinegar and 9 parts water at room temperature. 

  • Outlet connector - in warm water using a mild dishwashing liquid OR in a solution with a ratio of 1 part vinegar and 9 parts water at room temperature. 

  • Components should not be washed in temperatures higher than 55ºC. 

  1. Rinse each component thoroughly in water. 

  1. Allow to dry out of direct sunlight or heat. 

  1. Wipe the exterior of the device with a dry cloth. 

Notes: 

  • The humidifier tub and outlet connector may be washed in a dishwasher. 

  • Do not wash the air tubing in a dishwasher or washing machine. 

  • The air filter is not washable or reusable.

Make sure you choose a mask that is compatible with your device. With a compatible mask, you will be able to use the correct mask settings and benefit fully from exclusive myAir features for AirSense 11, like mask-specific ‘how-to’ videos.
The Air11™ DC/DC converter can be used to power an AirSense 11 PAP device using a car, boat, or other vehicle equipped with a suitable battery. The converter connects to the vehicle’s auxiliary power outlet (12V or 24V DC power source) and is specifically for use with the AirSense 11 device.
First, ensure that Bluetooth® is enabled on your smartphone. Then log in to the myAir app and follow the prompts to connect to the AirSense 11 machine. If you don’t see the four-digit key on the AirSense 11 screen, go to the Home menu and tap +More, and then tap myAir. If you need assistance, please visit the myAir support page on the myAir app or myAir website.
Use the touchscreen on your AirSense 11 device and scroll to My Options. The screen will show your current comfort settings and you can then select and adjust them as follows:
  • Ramp Time: The Ramp feature gradually increases your therapy pressure from a low starting point until it reaches your prescribed treatment pressure. The time this takes is known as the Ramp Time. When Ramp Time is set to Auto, the device gradually increases the pressure when it detects that you have fallen asleep. You can set your Ramp Time to Off, Auto, or any length of time between 5 and 45 minutes. Scroll to My Options, select Ramp Time, and adjust to your preferred setting.
  • Humidity: The humidifier moistens the air you breathe to make your therapy more comfortable. If you use the Climate Control Auto setting with ClimateLineAir heated tubing, the temperature and humidity will be automatically preset at levels designed to maximise comfort. Simply plug in your ClimateLineAir tube and press the Start button.

You can also manually set the humidity level on your AirSense 11 device or turn it to Off by selecting Humidity in the My Options menu. If you’re getting a dry nose or mouth, turn up the humidity: 8 is the highest humidity setting. If you’re getting any moisture in your mask, turn down the humidity: 1 is the lowest humidity setting.

Please note that the device sold on this page is not equipped with a humidifier. If you want to enjoy the benefits of heated humidification described above, please purchase the AirSense 11 AutoSet device with built-in humidifier and ClimateLineAir for Air11.

The AirSense 11 AutoSet machine meets the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements for all phases of air travel. This means you can put your therapy device through security control at the airport and take it on the plane.

Please note that this is a medical device with mechanical working parts, so it shouldn’t be placed in the hold of the aircraft where it might get damaged by airport baggage handling. Take a copy of ResMed’s FAA Air Travel Compliance Letter so you can carry your device through airport security and onto the plane.

If you are using your device on a plane, please DO NOT use the humidifier. Turbulence could cause the water to spill and hurt someone or damage the device. Make sure there’s no water in your humidification tub before you pack it.
