How do I create an account?
For greater security, your password must be 8 characters or more long. It must contain at least one number, a lower case letter, an upper case letter and a special character only from !$@*%^&+=

How do I reset my account password?
If you are able to login and want to change this, go to 'My Account details & subscriptions' and scroll down to 'Change your Password'. If you have forgotten your password, go to 'Sign in or Register' and click on 'Forgot your password'.
How can I sign up for newsletters?
As part of the registration process for an online account you can tick to opt in to receive our marketing or you can subscribe at any time in your existing account by going to 'My Account details & Subscriptions'. You may also click on the Subscribe to our Newsletter link at the footer of our site.
How do I change my account settings?
To amend any details in your account, once logged in go to 'My Account details & subscriptions' to change your email or subscription preferences, or 'Address Book' to add or amend your billing and shipping address.
