From the time your order is received, you can return it within 14 days; please refer to Section 5 within our Terms & Conditions for full information.
The return is free of charge.
To return an item, please login then go to My Account, then ‘My Orders’, select the correct order by clicking on the grey ‘Details’ button and then click on the red ‘Return Order’ button.
You have to select the products you wish to return and the quantity. If you purchased products as part of a bundle, you must return all products within the bundle to receive a refund.
You have to select the products you wish to return and the quantity. For Bundles, please be advised it is not possible to return a single item within a bundle, but only the entire bundle to receive the refund.
After you submit the return request, you will receive an automated email with a printable pre-paid postage label, allowing you to post your return to us for free via Royal Mail. You can do this by simply popping it into a Royal Mail Post Box, or if it is too large you can take it to a local Post Office.
Once we have received your Return, your refund will follow within two weeks. Please note: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the return process might take longer to process and occasionally the refund can be delayed. We’re doing all we can to make sure the process works as normal
Please note the Returns label will be valid for 30 days. If you post your Return to us beyond 30 days of creating the return request in your online account, you will not be eligible for a refund.
