Shipping Options and Delivery
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days, however please allow up to 10 working days.
Please note: We are unable to accept requests via telephone to expedite orders.
Delivery is made by Royal Mail to the address specified within your order. If your package is too large to fit through a letterbox or a signature is required, it will be taken to a local Royal Mail sorting office for you to collect at your convenience. In these cases Royal Mail will leave you a card confirming where to collect your package from.
We are only able to deliver within the United Kingdom, and we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated email confirming this, with an invoice attached.
The following delivery charges will apply:
- Order value up to £149.99 - delivery charge £3
- Orders over £150 - FREE
If you require an order urgently, do not order online and instead, please order by phone by calling our Operations team free on 0800 917 7071. Unfortunately, online orders cannot be expedited or cancelled once placed. Orders can however be returned within 14 days for a full refund; please refer to section 5 in our Terms & Conditions.

How long does delivery take?

How will my parcel be shipped?
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail. If your package is too large to fit through a letterbox or a signature is required and there is no one to accept the package, it may left in your Safe Place or be taken to a local Royal Mail sorting office for you to collect at your convenience. In these cases please refer to the tracking information in the Royal Mail website for more information. Shipping charges are indicated in your order.
How do I check my order or delivery status?
You can view all your orders by going to My Orders in your account. If the order has a status of Shipped, please refer to the Order Shipment email sent to you as that will contain the Royal Mail tracking number so you can independently track it.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If you ordered the incorrect product you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate exchanges. If I missed the delivery of my package can I book a redelivery? Please refer to the tracking information on the Royal Mail site to see if it is possible to arrange delivery on an alternative day.
Why has my order not been shipped yet?
Most orders are processed and delivered within 3-5 working days, however please allow up to 10 working days. If your order hasn't been shipped after 10 working days, please contact us
What should I do if I haven't received my package?
In the first instance please refer to the tracking information in the Royal Mail site to find out where your package is. If you still need assistance please contact us
Can I choose a faster delivery with an express service?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer express delivery for orders placed online and we cannot expedite orders already placed online. If you need an item urgently, instead of ordering online please call us directly to place your order by phone on 0800 917 7071, selecting option 5. Note our opening hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 excluding bank holidays.
Can I have orders delivered to my office address?
We can send orders to any UK residential and business address excluding PO Boxes and BFPO addresses. Please remember to include the name of the company in the additional address field. Your name, is always automatically added onto the shipping label.
Can I ship products to a different country?
Due to licence restrictions we do not support cross border shipping. Consequently we only ship within the UK.
