What emails will I receive regarding my order?
You will receive an automated email confirmation once your has been placed, and then a further email once it has been despatched which includes the tracking number.
Where can I find my order number?
Simply login to your online account and go to 'My Orders' to see your order history.
How can I modify my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to edit or remove items from an order once it has been submitted. If you have ordered an incorrect product you may return it to us within 14 days for a full refund, and then place a new order for the correct item when you are ready to do so.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
As soon as your order has been placed you will receive an automted email confirmation. If you don't receive this please contact us so we can check on the order status.
I have placed several orders. Can you merge them into one order?
Our system is set up in a way that allows automated, fast processing. Therefore we are not able to merge orders into one parcel.
How long after receiving my confirmation email will I be able to track my order?
As soon as your order has been despatched you will receive an automated email confirming this, which includes the tracking number.
Can I pre-order or reserve a product?
No. It is only possible to place orders for items in stock.
How can I cancel my order?
Our system is set up in a way that allows quick processing and delivery times. Therefore, please understand, that cancellation of orders is not possible at this time. Instead, you have the option of returning the item(s) within the 14-day return period.
Why is my online order cancelled?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed due to our automated processing. However you may return an order within 14 days for a full refund.
Do I need to create an account to buy from your online shop?
Yes. An account will need to be created to enable you to place an order.
How do I find the product I'm looking for on the website?
In the section 'What are you looking for' you can enter a product code or description to find what you need. You may also search in the main categories presented on the home page.
Why can't I find my order in my order history?
If you are unable to locate an order, please contact us so we can assist you further.
How long are items reserved in my shopping cart?
Items stay in your shopping cart for 1 month. However, stock is not guaranteed and you won't be able to purchase should there be no stock remaining.
