How can I pay?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or Klarna. Klarna offers flexible payment options:

How long are items reserved in my shopping cart?
Your shopping cart is reserved for 60 minutes. If you end the session, it will be restored upon your next login.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after completing the checkout process.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days.
How will my parcel be shipped?
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Oversized items or those requiring a signature may be delivered to your local Royal Mail office. Shipping costs are indicated in your order.
How can I return my order?
Returns are free. Follow the instructions under "How to return" in the customer service section.
Can I choose a faster delivery with an express service?
Express Delivery usually arrives within 1–2 working days after despatch. Orders placed by 2pm are despatched the same day; otherwise, the next working day.
Can I have orders delivered to my office address?
Yes, add the company name in the additional address field. Your name will always appear on the shipping label.
How can I modify an order?
Orders cannot be modified after submission. Please place a new order and return the unwanted one.
I have placed several orders. Can you merge them?
No, orders are processed individually for faster shipping.
How can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is not possible after submission. However, you can return items within 14 days.
Is it possible to exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
Can I ship products to a different country?
We only ship to the country of registration due to license restrictions.
What happens to my voucher if I return an item?
Discount vouchers cannot be refunded or reissued. Please check validity and minimum purchase requirements.
I forgot to redeem the voucher with my last order
Vouchers must be applied during checkout. We cannot apply them retroactively.
Can I return merchandise that I do not like?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days via the "create return" option in "my orders".
Can I include items from different orders in one return parcel?
Please return items from different orders separately to ensure accurate processing.
Will I get my money back?
Yes, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
How long does the processing of refunds take?
Refunds typically take up to 2 weeks depending on your bank.
