How do I use my voucher?
Once you have added items to Your Cart, click on the Cart to view it, scroll down to 'Have a voucher?' and enter your code in the field and Apply. Note that voucher codes are case sensitive so must be entered exactly as stated.
What should I do if my voucher code isn't working?

Why doesn't my voucher apply the correct discount to my order?
Please check your code has been accepted (note they are case sensitive so must be entered exactly as stated.) If it still doesn't appear correct, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
I have received a voucher and redeemed it in an order. What happens to the voucher if I want to return something from this order?
Discount vouchers cannot be re-issued or be converted into a gift voucher. Also please note that some type of vouchers may only be valid for a certain period of time, limited to one use per customer and apply to specific products.
I forgot to redeem the voucher with my last order, Can I still use it?
Vouchers have to be redeemed during your order process. If the code is not entered at the time of order we are unable to apply any discount retrospectively, refund the difference or amend / cancel the order.
