I've been diagnosed with OSA for about 3 years and have a resmed 10 prescribed to me (so I don't have to pay for it) I can honestly say it's a life changer. the masks are not always comfortable, I find that the humidifier is a pain so I use mine dry. But I wouldn't be without it. I go away regularly and in the last 2 years have forgotten to take it with me on 2 weekend trips, they were the worst nights sleep of my life. The resmed doesn't actually have any bad points, the fact that I need to use it means I have to accept certain downsides to a good nights sleep (a long tube attached to my face, the straps which I seem to have to have very tight, the machine on the bedside table making a noise) but I would never give it up.AR – 20-Sep-2018 –
